Recruiting for food survey study in older adults.

 Alison Duncan, a professor in the Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences, and her graduate students we are working on a food survey study in older adults. 
 
The study involves a 2-hour appointment that can be held on campus (they pay for parking) or they can come to community sites.  Participants complete a questionnaire and are asked about what they ate the day before.  They receive a $25 gift card and a Recipe Resource designed for older adults ($40 value).

The vote is in! UGRA is going to Turkey and Egypt in October 2026

Based on the vote held earlier this year, Vikki is arranging a 2-week trip to Turkey and Egypt in October 2026.  

This trip can be offered as a land-only package, allowing you to book your own flights. Alternatively, a landing page can be created for the group that includes a flight finder. This option enables you to select a suitable flight for each passenger and guarantee up to nine people on the same flight.

The Quebec Population Health Research Network (QPHRN) is pleased to announce the launch of the CLIMIGRANT, a free online training course exploring the intersections of climate change, migration, and health. Climate change and environmental degradation are one of the major challenges of our time. They represent one of the greatest threats to the health of populations and are the cause of migratory movements/forced displacements that are set to increase, whether at international or local level.
