McMaster Univ Alumni Association is offering spring mindfulness sessions on Friday afternoons at 12:15 pm EDT with Shrey Vazir.
Shrey is a Registered Physiotherapist, Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator, and educator specializing in chronic pain, stress management, and employee well-being.
Join him for a 10-week mindfulness practice that will help you find peace and tranquility in this busy world. Whether you are new to mindfulness or a seasoned meditator, Shrey will help guide you through various meditations and help you implement a mindfulness practice into your life.
These sessions are about 10-12 minutes in length with a Q&A following the practice.
Attend as many or as few as your schedule permits.
Sessions run on Fridays at 12:15 pm from April 19 to June 21.
