As part of the commitment to bringing people together, Arizona State University will host the first online Age-Friendly University North American Region Gathering on Thursday, September 5th, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM Eastern. This is the first gathering those interested in promoting age-friendly universities where they can share updates, discuss potential ideas, and identify opportunities for advancing age-friendly higher education institutions. The session will start with a very brief welcome and introduction from the Global Secretariat and then spend the time through a breakout and group discussion-sharing practices, identifying new activities, and getting to know one another.
