Retiree Microsoft 365 License Changes

Retirees are entitled to continued use of their university email address as discussed on the Retirees HR webpage.

However, this entitlement does not extend to use of desktop versions of the Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

On Monday, 25-Mar-2024, CCS will align Microsoft 365 licenses for some retirees with this standard. This process will also set the accounts' email storage limit and OneDrive quota to 50GB each.

This transition may cause some temporary inconvenience, and we are here to support retirees through the process. Retirees with questions or needing assistance can contact the CCS help desk for guidance.
