Retirees are entitled to continued use of their university email address as discussed on the Retirees HR webpage [1].

However, this entitlement does not extend to use of desktop versions of the Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

On Monday, 25-Mar-2024, CCS will align Microsoft 365 licenses for some retirees with this standard. This process will also set the accounts' email storage limit and OneDrive quota to 50GB each.
