The Institute for Lifestyle Integration of Food and Exercise (LIFE) is sponsoring a webinar entitled:  Eating for Resilience: Why Protein Matters More as We Get Older

Why does staying strong get harder as we age, even when we think we’re eating well? In this talk, Dr. Nunes will explain how aging changes the way our bodies use the protein in the food we eat and why that matters for strength, energy, and metabolic health. He will also address common myths and provide realistic, evidence-based guidance for supporting healthy aging.

Dr. Everson Nunes is an Assistant Professor of Exercise Physiology and Metabolism at the University of Guelph. His work focuses on how food, protein, amino acids, and physical activity influence muscle function and metabolic health.
