Toronto’s York University  Scholars' Hub @ Home presents "The science of happy families: five key ingredients from clinical-developmental psychology research."

The speaker is Heather Prime, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, Faculty of Health.

Viewers will learn about the “Building Blocks to Family Well-Being,” including how everyday stressors can infiltrate family relationships—and what parents can do to buffer against them. We’ll explore evidence-based strategies for supporting children’s emotional and behavioural health, managing sibling rivalry, and fostering strong, connected parenting teams.
