The Scholars' Hub @ Home at York University will host a webinar by Dr. Andrea O'Reilly, Professor in the School of Gender, Sexuality and Women's Studies, Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies entitled "Feminism for Mothers".  Dr. O-Reilly will examine mother-centric feminism and the specific problems — social, economic, political, cultural and psychological — that are specific to mothers and their identity. Dr. O’Reilly will discuss the need for mother-centric feminism and the disempowerment mothers may feel today despite 60 years of feminism.
