York University's Scholars' Hub @ Home series is hosting a talk entitled "Is Race a Social Determinant of Health?"

The speaker isĀ  Dr. Sachil Singh, Assistant Professor, School of Kinesiology and Health Science, Faculty of Health.

The dominant social and scholarly view is that race is a social determinant of health. By offering a number of examples pertaining to the treatment of race in healthcare, this talk examines if this is indeed the case.
