AROHE (Association of Retirement Organizations in Higher Education) and Fidelity Investments,®  are hosting a 3-part series entitled Reimagining Retirement: Holistic Cognitive Health 

The sessions are online from 1 PM to 2:15 PM on Tuesday Feb. 25, March 11, and March 25 with a Bonus Workshop on  April 8.

There is no charge to attend; everyone is welcome to register [1].

February 25:  Healthy cognition: The science of memory and forgetting
March 11:  Navigating change: Strategies for transitional times
March 25:  Personal stories: Tips from retirees on managing cognitive health

April 8: Cyber fraud and personal security insights.

The series is geared toward faculty and staff in higher education who are contemplating retirement or who are already retired and is designed to help attendees to clarify their goals and understand the changes that occur during life’s next chapter. 

The first session on February 25, entitled Healthy Cognition: The Science of Memory and Forgetting, features Dr. Charan Ranganath, a pioneering neuroscientist and internationally renowned memory researcher, who will discuss his groundbreaking new book Why We Remember: The Science of Memory and How it Shapes Us.
