Third Age Learning Guelph is hosting a seminar by Dr. Olivier Courteaux entitled America at the Crossroads: The Implications of the American Presidential Election.
Dr. Courteaux holds a B.A. in History, an M.A. in war and conflict studies and a Ph.D. in contemporary international relations from the University of Paris-Sorbonne.
