College and University Retiree Associations of Canada
The UGRA is a member of CURAC. CURAC is a not-for-profit federation of retiree organizations at colleges and universities across Canada.
CURAC's objectives are to:
- coordinate activities that promote communication among member associations,
- share information about activities of member organizations,
- provide mutual assistance, and
- speak publicly on issues of concern to the over 20,000 individual college and university retirees across Canada.

Travel
- As a member of CURAC you are eligible for travel discounts. Visit the CURAC travel page [5] for more details.

Insurance
- Travel and extended health insurance at attractive rates is available to all members of retiree groups that are affiliated with CURAC/ARUCC.
- Three excellent insurance plans are available:

CURAC is entirely volunteer-driven and welcomes new volunteers. Most of its work is done within its committees [10].
