Are you wondering how to make the most of Autumn’s bounty for your pocket, health, and for the planet? The ICCSQ is here to help! You are invited to (virtually) attend a three-part interactive nutrition workshops with live cooking demonstrations and plenty of tips. Under the supervision of Mary Hendrickson MSc, RD, the workshops are being delivered by Timothy Leung and Zhiping Li, two 4th year dietetics students at McGill University. Each of our workshops will feature at least one main dish recipe demonstration.
For the month of October if you attend any two “Eat and Age Well” events and make a donation, you will receive a complimentary Brainy Boomer “Eat and Age Well” apron!
