As a membership-based organization, the University of Guelph Retirees Association (UGRA) holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year so that all members can
- hear reports from the UGRA Executive Committee,
- recommend future actions and activities to the Executive,
- appoint a financial reviewer to confirm financial statements, and
- elect the members of the Executive Committee
The UGRA AGM is held in mid June each year.
